Who said make fat chocolate cake? If eaten at the right time can actually make slim. 

Erwin News - If you're trying to lose weight with strict diet and avoid sweets pengonsumsian, it sounds like you need memikirnya back. 

Israeli researchers say eating desserts (dessert), such as a piece of chocolate cake or other sweet food in the morning actually helps you lose weight. 

The morning is considered to be the best time to eat sweet food because that's when your metabolism is most active. 

"The key is to treat yourself in the morning. At this time the body's metabolism was at the peak and we can get rid of extra calories throughout the day," explained lead researcher, Professor Daniela Jakubowicz, as quoted by the Daily Mail. 

Researchers recruited 193 obese adults with no history of diabetes and divided them into two groups. The first group ate a low-carbohydrate diet of 300 calories, whereas the second group were given a breakfast rich in protein and carbohydrates, such as chocolate or other sweet dessert, so the total energy to 600 calories. 

The findings, published in the journal Steroids demonstrated after 16 weeks they are eating only 300 calories per breakfast to lose weight 22 pounds on average, than those who were given a sweet tooth, which is only 15 pounds. 

At the end of the study after 32 weeks, found that participants were given sweets reportedly lost weight, an average of 40 pounds more than the group fed only the low-calorie diet. 

The team of researchers from Tel Aviv University found eating dessert for breakfast, such as chocolate cake or pudding that contains protein and carbohydrates can help people who are dieting to resist the urge to snack during the day and evening.
"Participants in the low-carbohydrate diet group was less satisfied. It actually makes their desire to consume sugars and carbohydrates the more intense. They're so sleazy towards their own diet plan. Conversely, the higher the calorie intake and eat dessert, food addiction later will be reduced, "he added.
